Windows 10: MY MICROSOFT ACC HACKED

Today, I received an e-mail informing me that my old Microsoft account was accessed from the USA. I haven't accessed that account for a long time, so I don't remember the password. I don't have access to the old phone number registered to that account, and when I try to recover the account, I get an e-mail stating that my answers are insufficient. I don't know what to do in this case. I am Turkish and live in Turkiye. The similarity of the e-mail addresses of the two accounts proves that both of these accounts belong to me. What should I do, please help. People I don't know can somehow access

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.

 

Microsoft acc prob.

On my Nokia Lumia 520 which has the Cyan 8.1 upgrade, I am unable to add a hotmail acc. again after accidentally erased my original main acc. When I try to set up another email acc. am asked to give the phone permission to go to hotmail, outlook,msn or
live. com. am then asked to enter email, so enter my erased acc details, but am told this acc already exists in the phone under Microsoft. com. this acc gets all emails etc that's sent to my hotmail acc. so am I better to just leave as is? Am able to get into
hotmail acc manually via my web browser, am I able to still continue giving hotmail as my email address, or use Microsoft acc as my live acc? Am totally happy withCyan upgrade, but still waiting for Cortana which is said to be rolling out in the UK now, so
is it just a case of sit and be patient for info regarding this? And have any info regarding the Denim upgrade that am hearing such good things about? Will my 520 be getting this? Thanks for the help.
