Windows 10: MY #%%*%**!!! MICROSOFT ACCOUNT-- CANNOT RECOVER! ARRRGH!!

I AM VERY, VERY AGGREVATED!! I am TRYING to merely buy an app at the Microsoft Store that is only $4.99 for only 2 more days. I cannot log in to my Microsoft account to pay for it! I tried many things to try to get into my account, including inputting a frustrating amount of codes, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, etc, to access these codes. I even tried creating a completely new Microsoft account, and I STILL CAN'T GET IN! In a day or so the app will go back to $19.99 in price, and I am a VERY POOR PERSON. I cannot afford to pay this money. All I want to do is buy this app and all I am getting is aggravation and frustration. I CANNOT BELIEVE how ridiculous this situation is. NO, I WILL NOT describe all the steps I had to do and take just to try to get into my account. I don't have the time or the patience to explain all of it. And NO, I do not have a friend whose Microsoft account I can use. I SHOULD NOT have to do that!!! I should just be able to simply log in to my account and get the damn program-- THAT'S IT!! PLEASE HELP! The app is called Diarium. Please, people, this should not be this difficult.... thanks in advance for anyone's help!
