Windows 10: My Microsoft account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** disappeared

My Microsoft account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has disappeared. Can I get it back? Hundreds use that for my email address. Also, it is used as password on many websites.

I have raised this question before with Microsoft advisors, but I am not satisfied with its resolution.

The missing account is a huge problem.

I asked this question two days ago but now I cannot get back in to community without creating a new user name.

Why has *** Email address is removed for privacy *** appeared at the top of my email address list?

This has taken over from my other email address and I may have sent emails to engage windows instead of my personal email address, because engage windows has suddenly appeared at the top of my address list.

Why has this list changed anyway?
