Windows 10: My microsoft account got hacked and I lost my skype account, xbox account and a lot other...

I recently reset my computer entirely, meaning I deleted everything on it. After I did, I tried to log in my microsoft account but noticed that it didn't work. I realised that I couldn't log in in skype, xbox and some video games I used my microsoft account to log in. When I tried to reset my password I noticed that an email I've never seen before was there so now I can't even do that. I tried with the microsoft support but no matter how much information I gave them they didn't recover my account. I lost so much, some stuff costed me more than 5 years of non stop work and hundreds of dollars.

Steam Account Hacked

Again...

I sent a ticket I just hope they resolve it soon cause I really want to play Portal 2.

And I don't want him getting me banned.

But the scary thing is they hacked my Email account too!

I've changed the password but is that enough?

I scanned my Computer using malware and it got rid of 9 Nasty objects! Its been months since I did a scan and now I'm thinking this is how they got me.

Is a password change and malware scan removal enough to secure me? I made the password much harder than before.

Thinking about doing a reformat as well. Suggestions? Should I leave the hacked email account and make a new one?
