    My microsoft account got hacked and now I can't login to any other microsoft account


    My Microsoft account was hacked several months ago; they've changed everything: email, password, etc. Now, I can't log in to any other Microsoft account in store. It keeps showing "you'll need the Internet for this." I went to my laptop, and it said the same thing. but when my friends tried it, they could log into the account
