Windows 10: My microsoft account got hacked, however i still have ''access'' to it in a different device

A few weeks ago i lost my account due to hacking, all my personal data password/email/verification email was replaced. I tried everything the Microsoft support had and nothing. However i just realized that my old account is still on the Microsoft Word App on my phone. However the data on it isn't updated the email is still the original one, which i'm using for this new account i'm using right now I was wondering if thanks to this proof i could recover my old account which had some personal stuff to it. From what i understand i can't publicily post the screenshot as it shows my email addre

How cans someone hack into my Microsoft account when I have the two step verification .. that can only be approved from my cell phone?

I should be able to login to my Microsoft online account from any of my 4 PC's and see the exact same devices listed i.e. all 4 PC's should show up within the account devices list but they dont. Each PC displays a different device list.

microsoft account devices list a computer location in Mumbai. Does this mean it is hacked . Cannot lock this computer.
