Windows 10: My Microsoft account got hacked

The account that was linked with Windows system got changed to a russian one, although I already got rid of that. They either changed the e-mail address on it or set it for deletion. Either way when logging in it says there is no such account. The recovery form is useless, since when I put in the e-mail it says the account doesn't exist. I still have access to the original e-mail address. Edge still kinda remembers the account, since i'm still logged in there - I think - although is unable to sync and I can't do anything with it.

77000 Steam accounts hacked every month

Ironically I've had the same crappy password since I made my Steam when HL2 came out and never been hacked, but I've had my Origin account jacked twice with a much more complicated password. 2 step on Origin fixed this problem, but just thought it was kind of funny. I went with 2 step on Steam to be safe too.
