Windows 10: My microsoft account has been hacked 3 days ago

My email is hacked and change the email of my microsoft account and the password please help me i need my account so much i tried to recover but the email is changed also for the password

Hi, my Microsoft account was hacked a few days ago. The hacker(s) changed my e-mail and password so that I cant log in. I think the hacker(s) deleted my account too. The hacker(s) also uninstalled and refunded my games and apps. Please help.
