Windows 10: My microsoft account has recently been deleted/hacked

every time i try to sign into my account under the email : *** Email address is removed for privacy *** it says that it doesn't exist, but when i try to create said account since it " doesn't exist " i get the message that that account already exists

My laptop got hacked recently and i lost admin control. But with your help earlier i have fixed this problem. However the hacker has deleted my microsoft account with the email: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** . I have contacted you through your forms but i only get automated emails that arent quite helping with the situation. Then i tried the forms specially made for account recovery and i cannot get passed steps because the robot isn't finding the email address. While talking to your agent who helped me with the hacked laptop, they told me they found the account as the status "deleted" and said it could be possible to retrieve it.

Could you please help me?

Where are you seeing the attempts to hack your Microsoft account, is that on the recent activity web page on your Microsoft account online on this link?

Sign in to your Microsoft account

if that is where you are seeing it, there is no way for you to stop that, it is some bot online trying to access your account, ensure you have a good long and strong password on your Microsoft account to ensure it cannot be hacked, and it may be a good idea to enable two step verification on your account also, eventually that bot will move on to try to hack someone else's account.
