Windows 10: My microsoft account says I have too many devices associated with it, but when I go to...

This bug started after I deleted my old email off of my account. It was my old school email and I would download a game or two on the old devices I used at my school which was a decent amount. But my email has been changed since, so the email I had while using those computer no longer is even active. Secondly, I unadded all devices via the webpage, and it still keeps saying I have too many. This has been happening for months now.

Thanks but that's not what I am referring to. I am talking about the Microsoft online account where there is a list of devices associated with my account.

 

Cannot remove devices from Microsoft account

Hi Shelley, thanks for your question. I'm Graeme, a Microsoft Community expert and fellow user.

You'll need to get your son to log into his Microsoft account to remove the device. Here are the steps:

- Log into the Microsoft Account associated with the device at account.microsoft.com

- Click View Account, then Devices.

- You'll see a list of associated devices. You can select and remove devices here.

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?
