Windows 10: My Microsoft Account tot synchronized sucessfully from Nigeria?

So my password and email have been recently leaked and they tried logging into my 2 Accounts, Wrong password Both times, they i get a notification of a sucessfull Synchronisation out of Nigeria and i have 2 methods of 2fa. How is this possible? And if someone at Microsoft is Reading this. Please can You somehow un synchronize whatever he did. Thanks

Turn On or Off Sync Settings for Microsoft Account in Windows 10


Looking at the picture 4 of the step 4 of this link http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/UploadF...in-windows-10/ , I noticed that the window for data synchronization, which lets choose which data to sync, is never displayed when I step from a local to Microsoft account.

Why this window does not appear?

Microsoft account and deleting all settings of Windows 10 Preview

Ok.

If, instead, when I install a Windows 10 system, I create a local account and configure it and then turned it into a Microsoft account. At this point, how can I avoid that the settings are synchronized automatically when I finish this step and to synchronize the new settings that I had already set when I had the local account?

Here Drive not working in Nigeria

I have a Lumia 620 with Here Drive Beta Plus, and I have downloaded the map for Nigeria. However, turn by turn navigation does not work. I checked the navigation license, and Nigeria was not listed among the countries/areas supported. When will support
for Nigeria commence ?
