Windows 10: My microsoft acount and the picture eror

Hi so i own a windows 10 laptop and i am signed in with my microsoft account but when i go in to the settings and in the account settings i want to change my profile picture when i press the browse for picture button and select my picture it says "Picture Error"

I have a profile picture set on my microsoft account asswell but it doesnt show on my computer so what do i do? Ive explained it to the get help bot but it doesnt understand my problem

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

What is the old password in signing in with microsoft acount in windows 10?

Hi,i have really problem with my signng in in windows 10.when i try to add my microsoft acount after go to setting--->your email and acounts--->sign in with mirosoft acount after i import my email & password and next step is verification of my acount and
its cross on this step good but when go to next step the microsft ask me about my old windows pass word.what's this?what its mean? because i don't have any password in my old windows.please help me.
