Windows 10: My Microsoft apps won't open and update to the latest version

Hello Microsoft so I restored my PC and I got Windows 10 2017 model and I updated to 20H2 using the your amazing Update Assistant. But My Microsoft apps won't open at all and they won't update. Could you give me some steps to fix this problem. Thank You .

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Refer to the below link:

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.

Windows 10 Store aplications won`t open after 25/01/2016 update

Same for me, I did a system restore, after that app working well, i update again to latest version and app won`t working . I did another system restore and i decide to not update again app.

I expect the next update (maybe is better), however in Windows Store apps versions are not detailed. Maybe the future pach it fix that

Yet we talk on the Microsoft website and still expect a response from them

Has there been any news? I am running the latest release as of today's date (after a system reset) same version as other machines in my household yet the store still refuses to open on this one laptop while working fine on others.
