Windows 10: My microsoft authenticator is all jacked up

Hello,So 2 nights ago i received a notification from Microsoft authenticator saying someone was trying to get into my work email, so i declined it and said it wasnt me. The next day i try signing into my work email and im locked out. I believe i received a late authentication notification and now everything tide to my business email is locked. I called my work support number and was told to delete the account from my authenticator and come into work and try logging in, still nothing and now I have my work email greyed out on my authenticator so i can even mess with the settings not.
