Windows 10: My microsoft basic display driver says it cannot start. error code 10. It says "The driver...

I have an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Studio in my HP ENVY laptop, and suddenly the driver controlling this graphics card doesn't work. I've tried uninstalling it, updating the driver from the device manager. I've tried downloading it from the Nvidia's website, and when installing it says it's doesn't recognize the card even though I installed the correct one. I don't know what to do, HELP PLEASE!!!!

To update the driver for the Basic Display Adapter in Windows 10, follow these steps:

Microsoft Basic Display Adapter not working properly (error code 31)

I've been getting "graphics device driver error code 31", but when i try to update my drivers both on my GPU (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080) and on the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter it says the latest drivers are already downloaded. When I then try to choose manually from the computer it fails.

I've tried:

• Updating my GPU drivers
  
• Updating the Microsoft Basic Display Adapters drivers (both manually and automatically)
  
• Checked for updates on Windows Update
  
• Inactivated and re-activated the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter
  
• Uninstalling the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter and restarting my PC
  

I don't know what else I can do

O my god... how many times do I have to say it... Nothing Erika told me to do worked, I STILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUE. Do you guys even read these or do you just have a list of basic troubleshooting ideas to copy and paste on to people questions? And how would
making a new account help? It's something with the display drivers, it says it right in the error message. Making another account will not do anything
