Windows 10: My Microsoft Bluetooth Arc Mouse won't select properly part 2

It will STILL not work, not selecting after 3 clicks, dropping highlights randomly, etc. Generally acting erratically. I've replaced the batteries. I updated the computer multiple times. I've disconnected and reconnected the Bluetooth more times than I bother to count. I did everything recommended from a Microsoft agent of: 1. Reset the Bluetooth Connection2. Check for Interference3. Update or Reinstall the Mouse Driver4. Adjust Mouse Settings5. Test the Mouse on Another Device6. Perform a Windows TroubleshooterNothing. It's driving me crazy. I can't work efficently. I don't wanna use my track

Arc Bluetooth mouse not working properly with Surface 3

Experienced same issue, disconnecting Arc Mouse then reconnect worked fine, but not mouse interaction.

Below steps worked for me:

• Remove all Bluetooth connected devices, including Surface Type Cover and Surface Pen.
• Disconnected the Surface Type Cover then reconnect. It will reinstall tand connect the device.
• Then Add Bluetooth devices including Surface Pen and last but not least Arc Bluetooth Mouse.

Everything works fine again.

BLUETOOTH MOUSE WON T MOOVE. WHY?

I have a Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse 5000 that works only (right and left click works properly) but it won t moove. please help me and answer me as soon as possible.
