I canceled go daddy subscription as when I called them they said that I had no products with them and they dont know why i was paying a monthly fee, now my email outlook by microsoft does not work, is this the problem? I thought microsoft managed the account.

Go Daddy email account won't sinc.

Trying to set up an existing Go Daddy email account.

Set up stops due to inability to sinc. I keep getting error code 0x8007274c.

Signing into windows - go daddy microsoft account not recognised

I recently purchased a domain name, email address and business professional package (includes Microsoft office apps and I can log into Microsoft 365) from godaddy.com

I bought a new laptop and when I tried to set up my new laptop with my new email address, I get the message 'Looks like this isn't a Microsoft account. Try another email or sign up for a new one'

It definitely IS a Microsoft account because I can use all of the apps and log in to Microsoft 365.

I have contacted three different people at go daddy support who are unable to help.

In the end I had to set up my new laptop in my personal email account. My old laptop will now be used by my first member of staff. I thought I would set up a new user on my old laptop in the new business email address and give access to business email and only my business files on that user. Again, I am unable to create the user and get the same error message. Go daddy suggested clearing my cookies and cache etc which I have done. I am not convinced they understand my issue.

I tried to go onto microsoft support, but lo and behold, it re-directs me to the go daddy website automatically as it recognised I have the product through them.

Please help!

If you have a monthly subscription, you can unsubscribe at
https://account.microsoft.com/services.

• Sign in with the email address you use to sign in to Groove.
• Go to the Services & subscriptions tab.
• In your subscriptions, select the Cancel button next to Groove Music Pass.
