    My Microsoft Keyboard 3050 and Mouse 5000 Suddenly the scroll stopped working up/down.


    My Microsoft Keyboard 3050 and Mouse 5000 was bought over 12 months ago so no warranty. Suddenly the scroll stopped working up/down.It works as a click and side to side.Drivers have been checked, stipped and reloaded. Mouse has been tested on another computer and still the same problem.Settings have been checked to show how many lines to scroll is switched on.Bought new mouse 5000 but cannot get it to work with the old receiver, and cant get the keyboard to work with the new receiver.Seems mad to throw in the bin or spend £100 on a new complete set when the repalcement mouse cost just £3

    microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse 5000

    Yesterday I updated to the newest windows 10. Now my Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse 5000 don't work in windows at all. I checked and they do work in my Bios. I can move around the Bios and change things. I was total unable to boot into windows
    because neither worked at all. I had to go and get wired mouse and keyboard just to get into windows. Tried to reinstall drivers and it stopped and said error.

    Any suggestions

    2. Did you try to check if the issue persist while using other keyboard?

    This issue may cause due to
    most common with USB peripherals. Let us try simple troubleshooting steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
