Windows 10: My Microsoft mobile number OTP is not sending

Microsoft Account Mobile OTP Not Received

I have created a new Microsoft account and added my phone number as a recovery option. But now When I am trying to install anything from Windows Store Microsoft is asking for login and after entering password it's asking for otp but the problem is I didn't receive any otp from Microsoft.

And for the info I have good network connections and it's working fine with others otp verification.

I need to login into my account please help me.

Lumia 950 phone - OTP stopped working

My Lumia 950 (dual SIM) has suddenly stopped receiving OTP messages.

Other team mates who get them from the same source and have the same network supplier do not have any problems.

The problem started when I configured "Quiet hours". I then performed an operation with "Quiet hours" active which required an OTP.

I have since disabled the "Quiet hours".

I have even made a contact with the phone number that sends the OTP.

No joy.

I have asked the company that sends the OTP to fix it (just incase I've been banned for sending an auto-response).

I have a second company that has an OTP system and I tried that too (it has also worked in the past). Still no joy.

My Lumia does NOT have the "Call + SMS filter" menu.

For both SMS and Phone the blocked lists are empty.

 

I can't verify my identity in Microsoft Outlook account because I can't receive OTP.
