Windows 10: My Microsoft Modern Type-C Speaker volume problem

Dear Sir/Madam, I hope you are well and in the best health. I have bought the Microsoft Modern Type-C Speaker last month, and it was doing great till today, as suddenly, I opened my laptop to hear that the sound of the speakers gets low although I made sure that all the volumes are to the man from the volume mixer and master volume, and I think that the problem is that my laptop has started to recognise the speakers as a phone call speaker not an output speaker, as normally it be and it may be happened, as I clicked on the phone call button that found on my Microsoft Modern Type-C S

If the speaker does not light up or work properly when connected to other devices, this means that there may be a problem with the speaker. I suggest you contact the speaker manufacturer for help (which may involve repair and replacement).

Before I do that, I'll give you a few more ways to try to troubleshoot the problem to make sure it's not a Windows or driver problem.

Please connect the speaker to the computer first, then press the Windows Logo key +X key on the keyboard to open the menu, click to open the "Device Manager ", please check the" Audio input and output "can see the name of the speaker, if not, pay attention to the device list whether there is a" yellow exclamation point "device. If it is not identified or if there is a problem with the drive, it will appear as a yellow exclamation mark. If the above situation exists, please double-click the device name to open the property and send the property page to me to help you check the problem.

About driver issues, I suggest that you first try to use headphones or other speakers connected to your computer, to test whether normal playback of audio, if other devices cannot play, then your computer sound card driver has a problem, please click on the search on the taskbar, input and open the "troubleshooting", find and run the "troubleshooting", Let the system diagnose the problem itself.

Microsoft Modern USB-C Speaker not connecting

I have been using a Microsoft Modern USB-C Speaker for speaker and audio on my desktop computer for the last 6months. This week it stopped connecting to my computer. I plug it in and it doesn't light up, no audio, and I can't find it in the audio options on my computer. I have unplugged/plugged it in, restarted my computer, and tried it on other devices and it still doesn't work.
