Windows 10: My Microsoft sculpt keyboard and mouse seems to have lost the connection to the usb dongle....

My Microsoft sculpt keyboard and mouse seems to have lost the connection to the usb dongle. I have replaced all of the batteries and power does not seem to be the issue. It worked fine just a few days ago. I have tested on multiple laptops with the same result and other usb devices work properly on my laptop. The only explanation I can come up with is something with the signal between the USB and the keyboard/mouse has been disrupted. How can I fix this?

Lost Microsoft Sculpt Ergo Keyboard, but still have mouse and USB dongle. How to pair new keyboard to old dongle

Delta airlines lost my suitcase that had my Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard in it. I still have the Mouse and dongle so I ordered another sculpt ergo keyboard.

However, to my surprise, I realized the keyboard has its own dongle and doesn't communicate with the old dongle that works with my mouse. I don't have an extra USB port so I can't use both at the same time, so either keyboard or mouse....

Is there any way to pair a keyboard to the same dongle the mouse uses like it used to be or do I have to return the keyboard and buy a non-Microsoft keyboard and mouse from a company like Logitech since they are re-programable.

So I have a Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard that is connected to my PC with a small USB Dongle. However, I recently moved and the dongle somehow got lost. Is there any way I can replace just the dongle and not having to buy a full new keyboard?

Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Keyboard - USB dongle - broken - replacement

The USB dongle of my Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Keyboard is broken. The Keyboard can't be connected now. Is there any way to get a replacement of that USB dongle? If so, where can I get it?
