Windows 10: My Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games is not showing my stats when I go to play on a new...

My game is starting at 1 , I have been playing for a few years. The image on the top right is me, but my stats are not right. How do I get back my correct. I have 2 computers on now, my old one that has everything right and my new computer which even though my player icon is me is thinks this is my 1st game. Please help. I am a novice at doing things on a computer so any help would be appreciated. But it needs to be in detailed step by stepThanks 74 year old grandma

Why does microsoft Solitaire collection download as Solitaire & Casual Games?

I am running Windows 10, and somehow lost Microsoft Solitaire Collection. It is not in my Start list, nor does it show up in either my Control Panel or my settings/Apps. When I try to download from Microsoft Store, it tells me it is Microsoft Solitaire Collection, but it shows on my computer as Solitaire & Casual Games. And it shows on my start list this way and does not seem to be a part of Microsoft Games as it was before.

 

Microsoft Solitair and Casual games stopped loading on Windows 10

About 10 days ago Microsoft Solitair and Casual games stopped loading on my PC. The app is loaded through my Xbox application on my PC. The game attempts to open and the 6 rotating playing cards rotate on the opening screen but the game then never opens. I have tried every suggested option that Google and Xbox put forward but to no avail. I have spoken to the Microsoft help line but they were unable to resolve the issue for me and suggested it is a known problem which they are looking into. That was over a week ago and no response has been received and the app is still not working. I am a premium user of this game and feel very frustrated that I cannot play a game I have paid for. Hope you can help. Thanks.
