Windows 10: My Microsoft store closes immediately after opening it, and I have exhausted every...

I try to open the Microsoft Store, a window appears to open for a second and then immediately closes. I have Reset the Microsoft Store cache, Made sure Windows has the latest update, Checked my time and location settings, ran the troubleshooter, repaired and reset the Microsoft Store, cleared the LocalCache folder, reinstalled the store, and redownloaded Windows as an ISO file I think at least, I'm not sure if I did this right or even what it means but I followed some steps I found online for doing so. I am at my wit's end with this. Can anyone suggest any other course of action?

I have tried everything you suggested and still cannot get the Microsoft Store app to work on my laptop. It opens for about 2 to 3 seconds and immediately closes. I have reinstalled Windows 10. I have tried going back to an earlier version of Windows
10. I have done multiple resets of the Microsoft Store app. I have rebooted my computer over a dozen times. None of this has helped. When I go into Settings and open Apps & Features, I can see the listing for the Microsoft Store app. It is showing that
the size of this app is 16.0 KB. Does this sound right? I would think an app like this would be much larger. I checked the size of the same app on my desk top computer and it is showing the size of the Microsoft Store app to be 1.6 MB. It looks like the
app is not installed correctly on my lap top. Is there a way to reinstall just the Microsoft Store app? Thanks again for your help.

I am trying to download Mendeley Cite plugin which is available only through Microsoft windows store and office store. I have windows 10 22h2 Build OS: 19045.2604. Microsoft store close immediately after being opened. I tried the following solutions:

• Resetting windows store cache data using wsreset.exe
  
• Resetting package using Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.WindowsStore* | Reset-AppxPackage
  
• Removing and installing the package using Get-AppXPackage *Microsoft.WindowsStore* | Remove-AppXPackage and Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
  
• Troubleshooting using additional troubleshooters for Microsoft store apps
  

Unfortunately, none of the previous solutions worked for me. I am not sure what is the problem.
