Windows 10: My Microsoft Store doesnt work. I need help

So, when I launch the store it opens, but when I download a program, update a program it gives me this error : Code: 0x87AF000BI've tried to troubleshoot the Microsoft store but that option is not available for me, I have tried to reset the microsoft store, however I cannot locate it in the app's section in the settings.I am stumped.

• Click on Apps.
• On the Search this list box, type in Store.
• Click on Store then click on Advance options.
• Click on Reset.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
