Windows 10: my microsoft store dosent open at all

Discus and support my microsoft store dosent open at all in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; ive tried mostly everything. wsreset.exe gives me ms-windows-store:PurgeCashes File system eror -2147416359...     MICROSOFT STORE DOSENT WORK

    WHEN I GO TO MICROSOFT STORE AND THEN TRYS TO DOWNLOAD ANY APP SO WHENEVER IT SHOWS THAT YOU HAVE TO UPGRADE TO LATEST VERSION OF WINDOS SSTILL I HAVE UP TO DATE WIN 10 PRO OR WHENEVER THE APP WINDOW DOSENT OPEN FROM WHERE I CAN DOWNLOAD THAT APP.I AM
    VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS.

    Hi James,

    To resolve your concern about Windows Store, we suggest for you to follow these steps:

    • Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
    • Type wsreset.exe and press
      Enter      .
    • Restart the PC, sign in with your Microsoft user account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community!

    I would suggest you to clear the cache memory of the Windows Store app.

    Try the following steps:


    • Press Windows + R keys to open Run window

    • Type wsreset.exe and hit enter.


    Now try to open Windows store and see if that helps.
