Windows 10: My Microsoft Store is broken and other stuff i need to sign into

So this always comes up when i have to sign in and do anything download wise on the Microsoft apps it always comes up with this Which has my normal email in it the email that i know the password to and everything but then it comes up with this account that used to be owned by me and i deleted the email because i wanted to change the name and i forgot the password and i didnt save it to anything so it come up with this after i put my pin inthen i press on forgot password then it autofill's the same email that was in the last picture and saysand if i press next it tells me to put an email in and

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.

What happens when you try to sign to Windows Store?

Please give us the complete error message if any.

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.
