Windows 10: My microsoft store is not working as in all files are stuck in download pending

1 I am done with resetting app2 done with troubleshooting process too 3 run some commands too on cmd and powershell 4 deleted local cache tooi have done many more thing but it is not helping can anyone help me with specific issue it will be greatfull

microsoft store downloads stuck in pending, tried to reset the app, that gets stuck in process too. Uninstall is greyed out, now the app won't open at all. Help!

 

Microsoft Store downloads are stuck on pending

I have recently subscribed to to the gamepass for PC. I tried downloading the XBOX app on Microsoft Store but it seems to be stuck on pending, same with the other apps. I've noticed this problem a few weeks ago but didn't pay attention to it until now. I have tried many solutions from the web including fixes with powershell, cmd, logging off and signing in again on the microsoft store, reseting the app , but none have worked. I tried downloading the XBOX app from the microsoft site, still the installer was stuck with zero progress "Making things awesome". I need help.

I've been having these problems since last night.

I've exhausted all of the options, having looked for different troubleshooting articles that might help me fix the issue. I have issues with 2 different programs currently.

Background:

Originally, I simply wanted to play Minecraft Launcher for Windows. I attempted to open it, and realized I had a corrupted drive, which the game was located on. Microsoft Store would not let me install the game because this hard drive was still connected. So, I attempted to uninstall the game from Apps & Features, but everytime I attempted to uninstall it the Apps & Features screen would freeze up completely. Eventually, I opted to simply remove the hard drive, thinking the program would then theoretically be removed from my computer. This worked, and now Minecraft Launcher had a blue "Install" button. After I clicked it, the button would turn grey, and the screen would not change until eventually the button just changed back to blue and the game did not begin installation. At this moment, I ran through several troubleshooting steps, such as(not in any order):

Reinstalling store through CMD

After these steps, I restarted my computer and gained minor success. The XBox app had been stuck on "Pending", and after the restart the app successfully updated.

However, my XBox app then had an issue, stating that "There was a problem loading installation locations. Try again." after I attempted to install the game through the XBox app to see if that would work. I then began looking for fixes for this, and attempted some of them, including:

The last step ended up screwing me over big time. I attempted to uninstall and reinstall Gaming Services.

I successfully uninstalled it, but then when I attempted to reinstall it through Microsoft Store, the app got stuck downloading. For the most part, it consistently says "Pending" and will not move forward with the download at all.

At this moment, I attempted troubleshooting the new incident. I tried everything I found:

Running the Troubleshooter through Settings

Reinstalling store through CMD

Every step located at Redirecting

I also just tried doing a repair install of Windows 10 through https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and still no success. Everything I try to download, whether it be an update or an entirely new program, gets stuck on "Pending"

nothing is working and i am losing hope. I do not want to do a factory reset, but I fear I am running out of options. If anyone has a fix for this, you would be my hero forever.
