Windows 10: My microsoft store isnt even showing up and i cant download it at all

i have been trying to download the microsoft store app and nothing is working. i have already done powershell prompt:Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml"}i have reset my pc countless times, i have run diagnostics checks, i changed the dns server to:1.1.1.11.0.0.1I'm not able to trouble shoot the app in settings because its not even downloaded and wont download onto my pc.i mainly use chrome, but tried to download on microsoft edge, as i was also trying to download minecraft from chrome but

store and photos app isnt showing proper icons
