Windows 10: MY MICROSOFT STORE ISN'T WORKING

My Microsoft Store hasn't been working since about 6 months from now and I can't even download any app. I've taking all the procedures I've seen on how to. make my MS Store to work but it ain't working. When I open the app the background would just be green in colour with a turning circle, and I've been waiting for that circle since months now and it's still turning. I've tried to check if I can update the app but I haven't seen a way yet if there is any. So I'm asking the Microsoft Community for help so let me know what to do with the app, I've even tried

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

i have problem with my Microsoft store when i open it, it says Microsoft store isn`t available in your region.

I change my region from iran to us but it isn`t work.

what should i do?

 

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.
