Microsoft Store keeps crashing on startup

Hi,

My Microsoft Store keeps crashing on startup.

I tried every step posted by Sumit in his post here

Redirecting

One difference is that in step 4. (Check for necessary services) I don't have "Windows Store" on the list of services, even after reinstall. (But it might be under different name as this is not an EN install)

I also tried steps from https://softwarekeep.com/help-center/fix-microsoft-store-crash Including taking ownership of the WindowsApps folder

I also tried scanning drives for file system errors:

sfc/scannow

chkdsk /r /f

But issue did not improve

Finally, I did clean install of Windows (removed all partitions and let Windows do all the job). After fresh/clean install, Microsoft Store still keeps crashing

I thought the issue might be related to my Microsoft account. So I created new one and added a user with it. When I logged in as the new user, Store is still crashing the same way.

I'm desperate. Can someone help?

Below I paste part of WuReset2.0.bat script output which had some warnings (from Sumit instruction step 3):

It still does the white background and ROBLOX logo in middle and still closes soon after (microsoft store version) so no error message

things i tried:

• repairing, resetting, and terminating it (on apps & features settings)
  
• reinstalling it
  
• resetting my pc
  
• updating windows
  
• updating my drivers
  
• Reseting my pc
  
• Signing out and signing in on microsoft store
  
• Used terminal (admin) commands
  
• deleting roblox files
  
• deleting %temp%

  What do you mean by fades away? Does it crash?

  Are you not able to sign in to Windows Store? What error message do you get?
