Windows 10: My Microsoft Store sign in window won't even show up.

Hi! So I recently bought a new laptop it's MSI Thin GF63 11sc, and it's working well, the problem is that it won't let me sign into Microsoft Store. I've already set my account as Administrator but I wanted to log into another account in Microsoft store since half of the games I've bought is from my mother's account. Everytime I try to sign in it won't even show the windows for it, it'll just vanish by itself. I've already reset my laptop multiple times and even tried using a local email. It also happens when I try to sign into my Office, my mother has all of it paid so she told me I could use

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

 

I can't sign in windows store and I can't use acount microsoft to sign in windows

Please give us the complete error message if any.

For Windows store issue you may refer the following suggestion:

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.
