Windows 10: my microsoft store stopped working and disappeared

My Microsoft Store suddenly stopped working. I restarted it from the apps section, but not only does Microsoft not open anymore, but there is no Microsoft in the apps section. Windows default apps are also get broke one by one, and when I restart them, they also disappear. I tried the powershell methods and many other methods, but they don't workbtw i changed my appdata location to my drive H and i changed it again to drive C after this happened.

Step 1: I suggest you to run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
and check.

1. Press
Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on Control Panel.

2. In the
Control Panel window, select Category and then select
Large icons.

3. Click on
Troubleshooting.

4. Click
View all and then click Windows Store Apps.

5. Click
Next and follow on-screen instructions.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

App disappeared from Microsoft store

Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I would suggest you to clear the Store cache and check if the issue persists.

Press Windows key + R

Type wsreset.exe and press OK

Step 2: Disable the security software and check.

Important: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software,
you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Also, I suggest you run the Windows Store app troubleshooter and check.
Follow the steps:

  Press Windows Key + X..
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.

  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  On the left pane, click on View All.

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store
