Windows 10: My Microsoft store title is ms-resource:storeTitle and It wont let me open it

Everything I tried does not work and im very confused can anybody hel[ I cant open it and if I do it crashs and its new title is ms-resource:storeTitle

There is a problem with Microsoft.WindowsStore_2015.7.1.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe?ms-resource://Microsoft.WindowsStore/Resources/StoreTitle

I keep getting " there is a problem with (Microsoft.WindowsStore_2015.7.1.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe?ms-resource://Microsoft.WindowsStore/Resources/StoreTitle) Contact your administrator about repairing. How do I repair it. Also, Microsoft Edge disappeared,
the new notifications button doesn't work, the start button doesn't work. I did a reset and had to reinstall programs and it was working until the restart,

This is on my laptop which was running Win7 Pro. I have a Desktop computer which doesn't have any problems which was running Win7 home premium. Both are 64bit.

 

Unable to open store

when I'm opening store it gives an error message

Windows Store not working

In the list All Apps The above title appears.

The Windows Store won't work anymore.

There are a few more Apps. starting with @ and also they won't work anymore.

Hopefully you can inform me so I will be able to fix this problems,
