Windows 10: My microsoft store will not load properly and has a dark shade to the icon. PLEASE HELP.

I have tried almost everything to get my microsoft store to work again. Nothing prevails. It shows a darker shade and i cannot uninstalll Microsoft Store - in the Apps and Features tab. I believe this is what is preventing me from playing certain games. Please help me out.

You can't uninstall the MS store, Jacque. However, you can try resetting it by searching it from the Start Menu > Search "store" > Right-click the app > App settings > Scroll down and click Reset.
