Windows 10: My Microsoft Store won’t allow me to download anything it says try again later something...

So everytime I try to download a app off of microsoft store it days try again later soemthing happenr on are end. Why is this happening.

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

 

update Ovi Store install stil won`t work

I suggest you to reset Windows Store Cache and check if it helps.

  Type WSReset.exe and hit Enter.
