Windows 10: my micrphone

i am having trouble talking to people i have a hyper x stringer and altough i can hear them i cannot talk any way to solve this

How to record audio with microphone and convert result from wav to amr format in Windows Phone 8

I Have a problem when i develop Windows Phone 8 App.

1. I want to use micrphone to record audio in wav file, be defaut 16khz.

2. Next i want to convert it to 8khz wav

3. Then encode 8khz wav to amr file.

4. Save amr file to Isolated Storage

5. Load amr and decode to 8khz wav

6. Play file with sound effect

I search Google, Bing, Nokia wiki not have suggestion solution for that.

Can you support technical at step 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 after record wav file by microphone ??????
