Windows 10: My Minecraft Bedrock is stuck on "WAITING ON INSTALL"

My Minecraft Bedrock is stuck on "WAITING ON INSTALL". I can't open it at all. Minecraft Java works completely fine. I am able to open it. But when Bedrock is stuck on "WAITING ON INSTALL", I can't play Java either. I have tried multiple methods like restarting my computer, clearing my cache by removing the Minecraft folder, my internet connection is completely fine, and I have closed all instances of Minecraft from the Task Manager. What can I do now?

Hi, I play minecraft bedrock from my android device my problem is i basically finished a world of minecraft without cheats but it didn't give me even 1 archievements i have no idea whats wrong the connection is working and my minecraft is in recent version any suggestions?
