Windows 10: my minecraft cannot play multiplayer and in minecraft.net it's said i haven't bought minecraft

i bought from a long time ago and went back only to discover that i can't acsess multiplayer because of microsoft account,When i check minecraft.net it shows that i haven't bought java,even though i can acsess and play single player.Please do help
