Windows 10: My Minecraft Java Laucher is not functioning

I was having trouble with my java launcher and tried many things, I eventually gave up and wiped my computer and reinstalled windows from my sister's laptop, but surprisingly the error still persists on the new installation.I have tried using previous versions of the launcher, reinstalling and updating java, and setting my date and time differently, none of these have worked.I also tried playing with my same account on another machine and it did work, does anyone know how to fix this?

Although I removed Minecraft and reinstalled it, and

although I run App Troubleshooter, and

updated Java, restarted my PC

the problem still remains,

Minecraft Launcher starts but when

the related window appears only (with its title)

immediately crashes...

I recently re downloaded minecraft due to me deleting it so I can install a new forge, but when I open the laucher it comes up with two tiny boxes that say, "downloading native laucher," (it also has a bar thats not going up) and a second that says, "Unable
to update native laucher". I put two pictures to show what I mean. Please help me, and I've tried deleting the files again, uninstalling it through control panel, and removing it using the minecraft installer.

Mojang refunds policy and check their refund policy.



If you want to swap your editions of Minecraft that you have purchased, please
Contact Mojang Support and they will help you with this.



If you have purchased Minecraft from Microsoft Store, then I suggest you to refer
Returning items you bought from Microsoft Store for exchange or refund
and check if you can get a refund.



As you need the Java Edition of Minecraft, you can follow the steps mentioned in
How do I install Minecraft: Java Edition? and install
the Java Edition of Minecraft on your computer.



Before purchasing the Java Edition of Minecraft, I suggest you to refer the system requirements for installing the Java Edition of Minecraft from
