Windows 10: My Minecraft/Microsoft account kind of just went poof?

what happened: my Minecraft launcher told me that I had to buy the java edition in order to go back onto Minecraft and I used a pc pass that I had lying around in my nitro gifts on discord, and when I logged back onto my launcher it asked me for my username and I logged onto Minecraft. when I logged onto Minecraft my rank, skin etc. were all reset, everything I had was reset as if I was on a brand-new account and people that I knew told me my username changed.I do not know how this happened because I am 99% sure that I did not get ratted because I have not downloaded anything new besides the M

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server

Go into the Microsoft Store app, make sure you're signed in with the same account that owns Minecraft, choose My Library, find Minecraft, click Install or Play.
