Windows 10: My mini Desktop computer keeps freezing up when I switched to wireless mouse and keyboard.

I have recently purchased 2 micro desktop computers running windows 11. I switched the cabled mouse and keyboard on each to wireless mouse and keyboard. Now each of them keep freezing up and I have to power the mouse or keyboard power off and back on to get the computer to work. One set of new devices is logitec and the other is IHOME. Help Please!!!

Wireless Mouse Freezes Up

My Logitech mouse quit working so I switched to an HP wireless mouse, which keeps freezing up. I have to restart my desktop to get it working again, but that only lasts for a short while. Troubleshooter didn't find any problems. A search of the forums
had suggested solutions for older versions of windows, which was to delete other mice from Programs. No Logitech programs were found. Anything else I can try?

1. So, do I conclude correctly that you are using a desktop computer?
   
2. Is the keyboard wired or is it wireless?
   
3. If you are using a wireless mouse AND keyboard, disconnect the dongle from your computer. Then plug in a WIRED keyboard AND Mouse.
   

I am trying to help you diagose this. The first question I am trying to answer is is this a problem caused by one or more of these peripheral devicees. Unplugging them (all 3) and substituting wired versions will rule out those devices.
