Windows 10: My moms computer is getting a blue screen!

My moms computer gets this every other now and then:machine check exception 0x0000009c 00000001, B8344050, B6000000, 00100153The computer is running Windows XP Service Pack 3. Please help me figure out which is responsible the motherboard the processor or the memory. I have looked up what machine check exception means unrecoverable hardware error. Im not sure what that means. I have no idea what the codes in the parenthesis mean. I hope its possible to fix this unrecoverable is supposed to me you cant fix it buy new hardware but the blue screen says try these steps? Im confused? THank

  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
