Windows 10: my monitor get's a black screen except a tiny bit at top

so um couple of weeks ago my 144hz monitor start having like a white flicker horizontal line on top but by changing the hertz to 137 the flicker go away but then yesterday the white flicker starts appearing again at 137HZ then i try changing to 144hz again then it becomes like this https://youtube.com/shorts/_0oYC2L5Eck, is there any solution to this or my monitor already broken?

Black screen with a little display on top of the laptop

My laptop is windows 11 asus tuf gaming f15. My problem is that when i use 72 hz and above it shows a black screen with a little bit of glitch on the top and a screen on the top of the laptops monitor. And when i try to open games with high definition it will automatically black secreen. I can't use my laptop to high resolution and high frame rate. Can you help me?
