I had to have a mobo replacement. My company uses Azure AD. We have reimaged my computer, now I can't get Microsoft Apps to work. I get errors stating the TPM has malfunctioned. My company's Techs have reset the TPM state, done local and online repair, cleared cached Windows creds, updated windows, and verified my login credentials. I'm still getting this error. I need to get back to my assigned computer, so I can return the loaner I am currently using. Can someone please help. The account having the trouble is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. REplacing motherboard with refurbished motherboard

to keep license you need to replace motherboard by warranty. Sorry that are the license terms. If this will be warranty replacement please remember technician to do steps necessary for license keeping.

There is some confusion about hardware changes on a Computer that will impact their free upgrade activation status. To clarify, the ONLY hardware changes that can negatively impact a customer’s activation status once they have upgrade are changes to the:

• CPU
• TPM
• Motherboard replacement

If you replaces the Motherboard they may have to re activate but this will not require a purchase of Windows 10.

You can try to perform a clean install.

I would suggest you to create a ISO file from the below Microsoft Help Article and try to reinstall Windows 10.

Nightmare with replacement motherboard

Thanks for the suggestions. The problem turned out to be the motherboard itself. Troubles got progressively worse until it wouldn't post at all. I first thought it might be the PSU, but tried a new one I had ordered for a different machine and results were exactly the same. Plus the existing PSU checked out 100% when I tested it. Ordered a replacement motherboard and CPU since I couldn't find a reasonably priced new board to support the existing 7th generation processor.

BTW, Railtech, I did install chipset and other drivers for the H270 board and already have the latest ones ready for the 300 series board once it's delivered on Sunday and I get it installed.
