Windows 10: My mouse click doesnt work properly

When I turn on my PC, the left click of my doesnt work properly. when i hover the cursor pointer on any app on my pc, the background of the app doesnt change as if its not recognizing the cursor. after i press ctrl+alt+del and click on the "cancel" button there twice, after that the left click starts working. i tried changing mouse and it had the same issue on my pc. i also checked my mouse on my laptop and it worked completely fine there. My OS is Windows 11 24H2 with OS Build 26100.4202. My mouse is Corsair Harpoon RGB.Any solutions?

The different mouse that I tested on this works perfectly, but unfortunately, the mouse I used originally that I tested on the other computer, didn't work properly, just the buttons.

So, I bet that I'll either use the new mouse, which gets uncomfortable, because it's meant to be hidden in the computer via USB... Or, I buy a different mouse. Or, find the solution to the original problem..
