Windows 10: My mouse dongle doesnt work

So i have this Mouse + Keyboard called ROBOT KM3000. The keyboard and the mouse worked fine, the dongle also worked fine, no problems. Thats until NOW the dongle just doesnt work, the mouse and the keyboard doesnt work, replacing the batteries dont work, theres no sound of usb plugging in. Any solutions? Thanks.

Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 2000 & Mouse does not pair with new dongle

I lost my USB dongle for my relatively new MS Keyboard and Mouse. I bought a used Dongle on eBay in the hope that this would work seamlessly. My computer senses the new dongle but I cannot connect my Keyboard & Mouse. Any suggestions before I throw it all away?

Just to clarify, are you using a WiFi dongle to connect to the internet instead of the built in WiFi adapter of your device? Or are you using a desktop PC and is the WiFi dongle to connect to the internet? For now, what we can suggest is to follow all of
