Windows 10: My mouse dongle doesnt work

Discus and support My mouse dongle doesnt work in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; So i have this Mouse + Keyboard called ROBOT KM3000.     My mouse dongle doesnt work


    So i have this Mouse + Keyboard called ROBOT KM3000. The keyboard and the mouse worked fine, the dongle also worked fine, no problems. Thats until NOW the dongle just doesnt work, the mouse and the keyboard doesnt work, replacing the batteries dont work, theres no sound of usb plugging in. Any solutions? Thanks.
