Windows 10: My mouse get blocked when i move too fast in some websites and some Games

Hello

i have an issue with my windows that cause my cursor to get blocked when i move it too fast.

i said in windows because i have tried 3 diffrent mouses and all of them have the exact same issue.


here is what's happening:

First, you should know that i'm using an HP Gaming pavilion laptop, i like to play videogames, but this issue stops me from doing so.

i started noticing this problem first when i played the game Valorant, but this issue also happen on certain other games, and websites like https://zowie.benq.com/ja/support/mouse-rate-checker.html with 3 diffrent mouses and my main mouse which i usually play with works perfectly fine in my friend's laptop which makes me think that it's more of a Device/driver/windows issue than just a specific game issue.


to show you what the problem looks like, i have uploaded a video from the game Valorant but please note that it happens in diffrent games too.

in this video from 00:00 to 00:05 you will notice how my mouse moves perfectly fine from my left side of the mousepad to it's right side at a normal speed with my hand, after i made the first shot with the gun at 00:06 i moved my hand fast to the right side of my mousepad a logicical speed that someone would do in a normal videogame and you can see how the cursor gets blocked/ do a weird move on the screen, i made a second shot and did the same method but this time moving my mouse to the left, then again to the right, and you can see everytime how the cursor and how it blocks in the middle and make an opposite move of what i'm actually doing with my mouse.

things that i have tried so far that are related to windows:

• i have turn off my mouse acceleration
• i made a windows update
• i changed the port of my USB
• i tried uninstalling all the mouse drivers in Device manager, then i restared my laptop so that they get installed again.
• i run a Malwarebytes scan check in case of virus, but none detected.
• i tried starting my windows in clean boot.
• i tried runing Device trouble shooting on windows.

Unfortunatly, none of the above methods worked!


as i mentioned before, i tried using 3 diffrent mouses, but the current one that i use is named: Chiropter GM2 Game mouse Pegasus series

How to Block Websites

I have googled a bit and found software that can be used to block websites on a computer. I also found another way by using Windows which I would prefer. My problem is I must be doing something wrong. Here is the site that has the steps.

Here is what happens when I perform step 6. I am the administrator by the way.





Any ideas on how to make this work?

• Select the account profile that you want to manage.
• Click More, and then select Apps, games & media.
• Check the app that you want to block under Block inappropriate apps and games.
