Windows 10: My mouse is flickering all around and sticks to one place on the monitor

I’ve tried so many things to fix my mouse issue. I’ve even reset my pc twice to see if it would work and it still doesn’t… my mouse now just flickers on the desktop screen in the same place and moves a little and then goes back to that same spot. When I’m on google or something my mouse will move and work but it will flicker and I can barely see where the cursor is which basically means it’s broken. It’s been messed up for a week and now I’m getting really mad since nothing has helped me.Could someone help me or tell me contacts to Microsoft hardware people or something because I would love to

Windows 10 - Mouse cursor sticks to edge between multiple monitors

I did get a suggestion that worked: Open the Display settings, use you mouse to drag either the leftmost or right most monitor icon (I have two monitors and a laptop, which is the center monitor) away from the center monitor icon, then release. That forces
the icon to 'snap back' to the center monitor icon. The cursor stops sticking after you do that. If I disconnect the laptop to travel, etc., the problem sometimes reoccurs but is corrected by just repeating the steps. .

 

Monitor Dim and Flickers

I have a new Dell Inspiron 3668 cpu and running it with my old Dell ST2010 I have run the windows "troubleshoot screen flickering in Windows 10" from Windows help. When I go to task Mngr. it still flickers. So, I uninstalled the display driver as suggested
and then ran the "Check for updates". The problem still remains. Any further suggestions?? My next step is to just replace the monitor and assume Windows 10 will not run it!

To address the flickering, we suggest that you rollback the driver of your mouse, you may follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + R on the desktop screen.
• Type devmgmt.msc and hit enter.
• Expand the category you want and right click on the driver and select properties.
• Navigate to driver tab and click on RollBack driver.
