Windows 10: My mouse is lagging I don’t know why I updated it to 24H2 and it’s like that

I uninstalled that one and tried again but it’s the same

my mouse don´t works correctly

I use all the year my mouse and it Works good but today I go to do a thing and when I returned to my computer the mouse don´t Works good.

the problem is:

when I use my mouse, for example, I move my mouse up and it goes right and if I move it right it goes down

I don´t know what to do

i have tried to uninstall the mouse but it still

please I need help...

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue. I suggest you to install all pending Windows updates and check. Follow the steps below and check if that helps.

• Type Mouse and Touchpad Setting in Search and hit
  Enter.
• Change settings as per your requirement; click on Advance mouse options.
• Change settings under Buttons, Points, Pointer options, Wheel.

Mouse lagging can be caused by the following:

• Outdated mouse driver
• Loose USB connection
• Mouse Battery problem

We would like to know some information:

• Have you tried updating your mouse drivers? Go to Device Manager > double-click mouse device > select Driver Tab > click Update Driver.
• Have you tried using a different mouse and checked if the issue persists?
• Did you get any error messages or pop-up messages?
• Have you done any changes on your computer prior to the issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far? For us to know what initial troubleshooting steps to give.
